BEGINNER

If you’re a newbie and just starting out. You may not know what many of my exercises are called, but you want to get started on your fitness journey following a simple yet effective program. This is ideal if you want to tone-up whilst working to perfect your form.

Lower Body Focus

You have crushed it with the Crew for a while. You might have completed the Advanced and even Expert Programs and are looking for the next challenge, or a new exciting routine. Advanced 2.0 Plus has brand new workouts that change every 3 weeks. They build upon the Advanced Program and will challenge even an Expert user. Advanced 2.0 Plus utilizes ONLY dumbbells, so you can crush it ANYWHERE!

Now that gyms are re-opening again, I've personally designed this 12-week program to challenge you, push you to focus on MMC and help you to achieve the body you're striving for. It’s everything you’d expect from one of my creative, challenging programs.

GYM 2.0
Upper Body Focused

If you’re looking to place more attention on your Upper Body (shoulders, back, arms and chest) and if you’ve finished the original Crush It Gym Program, then you will love Gym 2.0 with Upper Body Focus. Though I’ve placed more emphasis on the Upper Body muscles, this program is well rounded to develop your entire body, including glutes, legs and abs as well. I’ve also designed it so that you don’t have to run around, all over the gym, looking for equipment that the gym might not even have. I’ve keep the equipment limited, and the exercises very effective.

GYM 2.0
Lower Body Focused

If you’re looking to GROW and TONE your GLUTES and LEGS and if you’ve finished the original Crush It Gym Program, then you will love Gym 2.0 with Lower Body Focus. Though I’ve placed more emphasis on the glutes and legs, this program is well rounded to develop your entire body, including upper body as well as abs. I’ve also designed it so that you don’t have to run around, all over the gym, looking for equipment that the gym might not even have. Foam Roller Stretches

I’ve added a number of whole-body stretches to be performed with a foam roller. Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Foam rolling can be an effective tool to add to your warm-up or cooldown, before and after exercise.
