You have access to all 4 meal plans: regular, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan. This includes 3 main meals, snacks, post workout options and sweet treats. Change your meal plan at any stage, within the app, and plan ahead by looking at next week’s plan and personalized shopping list. Set the app to plan meals just for you or for your whole family.
